We dispatch our deliveries Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays).
If we have delivered the incorrect item to you, or your purchase has arrived damaged please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, providing images where necessary to prove damage to goods. Should you wish to return an order the postage is at the expense of the customer.

Please note, UK refers to mainland UK and excludes the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.

Standard National Delivery orders are shipped across Cornwall and the rest of mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Islands & Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Guernsey. Depending on parcel weight, delivery starts at £2.99 for under 2kg and £6.99 if over 2kg or free postage on orders over £49. National Delivery orders over 2kg will be sent via DPD Courier, or Royal Mail if under 2kg. Our DPD deliveries go out with next day delivery, excluding weekends. Delivery can take up to 3 working days. To qualify for next day delivery, your order will need to be placed before 11am, to allow for processing time and is subject to stock availability. Orders made after this time will be sent the following working day. We always strive to offer the best service possible, however we cannot guarantee all orders made before 11am will be able to be dispatched that day.
